About Us
Himalayan Finds Media is a trade name of Teresa Borys, a sole proprietorship registered in the State of Illinois, United States (collectively, "Himalayan Finds Media," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
How to Cancel
Either party may cancel a service agreement or subscription by providing thirty (30) days' written notice via email to support@himalayanfindsmedia.com. The cancellation notice must include the Client's name, company name, the invoice or subscription reference, and the requested termination date.
Verbal or informal cancellation requests (such as via chat, social media, or phone) are not considered valid notice. Written email confirmation is required to initiate the cancellation process.
Effective Date
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period following receipt of the written notice. For example, if notice is received on the 10th of the month and the billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of each month, services will continue through the end of that month and the subsequent thirty-day notice period.
The Company will continue to deliver all contracted services through the effective cancellation date.
Recurring Subscriptions
For ongoing services billed as a recurring subscription, your payment method is automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle. When you cancel, we will stop the automatic renewal so that no further charges are made after the effective cancellation date.
You will not be billed for any new billing period that begins after the effective cancellation date. Charges already incurred for the current and preceding billing periods remain payable in accordance with your service agreement and our Refund Policy.
Outstanding Balances
All unpaid management fees for services rendered through the effective cancellation date are due and payable upon cancellation. The Company will issue a final invoice within ten (10) business days of the cancellation date, and payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date.
Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the suspension of account transitions and the withholding of final reports until payment is received.
Ad Account Transition
Upon cancellation, the Company will transfer all advertising account access and administrative permissions back to the Client or their designated representative. This includes:
- Removal of Company access from Meta Business Manager
- Transfer of Google Ads account management permissions
- Handover of any analytics properties or tag management access
- Transfer of any custom audiences, catalogs, or pixels created during the engagement
The Company will complete all account transitions within ten (10) business days of the effective cancellation date, provided all outstanding balances have been settled.
Data and Reports
The Client retains full access to all reports, dashboards, and data generated during the engagement. This includes:
- Monthly and weekly performance reports
- Custom Looker Studio dashboards (Client will retain viewer or editor access)
- Campaign performance data and historical analytics
- Strategy documents and recommendations provided during the engagement
The Company will make best efforts to ensure all deliverables are accessible to the Client for a minimum of thirty (30) days following the cancellation date.
Refunds on Cancellation
Refund treatment on cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of issuance, depending on the issuing bank.
Re-engagement
Clients who have previously cancelled their services may re-engage the Company at any time without penalty. Re-engagement is subject to current pricing and service availability. A new service agreement will be required for any resumed engagement.
